Shipping policy
Delivery
Orders are released for shipping after payment confirmation or registration of payment receipt. The indicated delivery times apply from the day following the payment instruction under normal order volumes. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Germany: 2 to 10 business days
Europe: 4 to 14 business days
Worldwide: within 30 business days
NOTE: Around Black Friday, Christmas, and the release of new collections, we anticipate a significantly higher order volume and kindly ask for your understanding regarding extended delivery times.
Packages within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping partner DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are handed over to Fedex upon prior arrangement. All necessary documents are included with the products.
Gift vouchers are sent immediately to the specified email address after payment has been registered.
Shipping Costs
No shipping costs are applied to gift vouchers as they are sent via email. The following shipping prices apply to all other products.
Prices include the statutory VAT applicable in the respective delivery country.
Please note: For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred in individual cases, which are to be borne by the customer.
