Delivery
Orders will be released for shipping once the payment method has been confirmed or receipt of payment has been registered. The stated delivery times apply from the day following the payment order for normal order volumes. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- Germany 2 to 4 working days
- Europe-wide 4 to 14 working days
- Worldwide within 30 working days
Please understand that after the drop of a new collection, shipping may take 2-3 days longer due to the high volume of orders!
Parcels within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are handed over to Fedex by prior arrangement. All important documents are included with the products.
Gift vouchers will be delivered to the email address provided immediately after payment has been registered.
Shipping
There are no shipping costs for gift vouchers as they are sent by email. The following shipping prices apply to all other products.
The prices include the statutory sales tax in the respective delivery country.
Please note: In the case of cross-border delivery, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may arise in individual cases, which must be borne by the customer.

Note: If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information in the delivery address or returns to us because it was not accepted or picked up by the recipient, we reserve the right to demand the resulting additional shipping costs from the customer before redelivering the goods .
