Delivery

Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been confirmed or receipt of payment has been registered. The delivery times stated apply from the day after the payment order is received, assuming normal order volume. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Europe-wide 4 to 14 working days
  • Worldwide within 30 working days

Packages within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are handed over to Fedex after prior arrangement. All important documents are included with the products.

Important note for orders outside the European Union

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and others) may incur additional import duties, customs and taxes . These costs are charged directly by the customs authorities and must be borne by you . We have no influence on these charges and recommend that you check with your local customs authorities in advance about possible costs. If payment is refused, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

United Kingdom

Dear customers in the UK,

Please note that we can only deliver to Great Britain under certain conditions. Orders can only be placed if the value of the goods is over 135 GBP .

When you purchase goods in our shop, you will be charged without VAT .

Once the goods arrive in the UK, you will have to pay 20% VAT and 12% import duty directly to the shipping service provider before the goods are handed over to you.

If payment is refused, the shipment will be returned to us.

In this case, the return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
