How can I return or exchange products?

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us or an item does not fit you, you can return it to the above delivery address within 14 days of delivery of your order. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order it again. This way you can see straight away whether the item you want is still available.

We will generally refund goods returned on time provided they meet the following conditions, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.

Please note that we can only take back unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please be careful not to remove any labels or stain items. The goods must not show any signs of wear and the quality label must still be on the item.

Please enclose the completed return slip/delivery note or a comparable note with your shipment. If the return slip is missing or has been filled out incompletely, the return may not be processed.

Please do not send the product back to us freight forwarded or uninsured! Our customers generally bear the return costs themselves. For orders over €80.00 in value, we cover the return shipping costs for customers in Germany if they use our DHL portal for returns. >> to the DHL PORTAL

How is the refund made?

Once your return arrives at our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1 to 2 weeks.

If orders are refunded using advance payment, the amount will be credited to your checking account. Depending on bank terms, it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your account. For PayPal payments, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

For orders using direct debit, credit card and purchase on account payment methods, we will instruct payment via PayPal to the account you are using. The duration of the repayment is up to 16 days and we cannot influence it. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.

How do I behave in the event of a warranty?

We are of course happy to help with guarantee or warranty cases. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to: . We will then contact you as quickly as possible.

The warranty period for the purchased products is 24 months and begins when the goods are handed over. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by natural wear and tear or improper use.

No guarantees are given regarding the goods or services delivered beyond the statutory warranty provisions, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.

Your right of cancellation according to our General Terms and Conditions expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
