If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered from us or if the item does not fit, you can of course return the goods within 14 days. If you wish to exchange an item, you can send it back and order again.
Please note that we can only take back unused and unwashed items in original packaging. Please do not remove any labels and keep the items clean. The goods must not show any traces of use and the quality label must not be removed.
Please enclose the completed returns note / delivery note or a similar note in your shipment. If the returns note is missing or incomplete, we might in certain cases not be able to process your shipment. After we have received your return in our logistics center, we will process it within 1 or 2 weeks. In case of payments made by bank transfer we will transfer the refund to your bank account. In case of Pay Pal payments, we will reverse the total amount paid.
Please do not send the products back without the proper postage! Customers have to bear the shipping costs for returns themselves. Customers from Germany can return goods free of charge for orders over 80,00 € by creating and printing a return label indicating the order number and address on the DHL returns portal. >> DHL returns portal
In a case of warranty we are happy to help you, too. In order to do so, please send us an e-mail with pictures of the damage to: email@example.com All products come with a warranty of 24 months upon receipt of the goods. There is no warranty in case of normal wear and tear or damages resulting from inappropriate treatment of the goods.
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your explicit request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
Apart from legal warranty regulations there are no guarantees of any kind for the goods and services provided, unless a guarantee has been made explicitly in writing.
