Any other evaluation of the data, except for statistical purposes and then basically in anonymous form, does not take place.
Insofar as we use service providers to perform or fulfill tasks for us, the contractual relationships are regulated in writing in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act new (BDSG neu). This concerns the following categories of recipients:
- IT service providers to ensure security and confidentiality.
- Financial service providers for the processing of business activities and compliance with legal requirements
- Transport service providers
In addition, anonymous data may be shared by us with partners to perform statistical analysis. All of these parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to you.
6. User Registration and Ordering in our Online Store
We collect and process your personal data in the context of an order process in our online store to enable you to select and order the selected products and services, as well as their payment and delivery. This data includes, among other things, information such as surname, first name, date of birth, delivery and billing address, e-mail address and information about the means of payment you have chosen. The data collected in this process is always encrypted and transmitted to us and, if necessary for the process, to service providers contracted by us, such as transport and / or payment service providers.
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to register by providing personal data. The registration serves to improve the service for you as a user, to carry out pre-contractual measures and for the fulfillment and billing of a contract. Upon termination of the user account, your data with regard to the user account will be deleted, unless commercial, tax or administrative retention periods are to be observed.
In our online store, we use session cookies to store the contents of your shopping cart, as well as permanent cookies to store the login status.
We will only share your data with third parties for the purpose of delivery, payment or within the scope of legal permissions and obligations towards legal advisors and authorities. Your data will only be passed on and processed in third countries if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
7. Storage Period of Your Data
Your personal data, which has been communicated to us via our website, will only be stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled and the storage is necessary. Insofar as commercial, tax or administrative retention periods are to be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 6 or 10 years.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
As a data subject whose data we process, you have extensive rights under the European General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to information about your personal data processed by us, in particular about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period. Upon your corresponding request or revocation, we will make the necessary corrections or arrange for the deletion or restriction of the processing of your data or make the necessary corrections, insofar as this is possible under applicable law. Furthermore, if you have given your consent, you have the right to object to the processing for the future at any time, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Data Encryption
To protect the confidentiality of your data, we use state-of-the-art encryption (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS when transmitting your data.
10. Cookie Usage
11. Use of Script Libraries - Google Webfonts
In order to display the content of our website correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
When calling the script or font libraries, a connection to the operator of the library is automatically established. It is theoretically possible, but currently unclear whether and for what purposes, that the operator of corresponding libraries also collects data.
12. Use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. We have also extended Google Analytics on this website with the code "anonymizeIP", this guarantees the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting our website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
We continue to use Google Analytics to analyze data from double-click cookies and also AdWords for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate this via the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=en).
13. Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking
Our websites use the online marketing program "Google AdWords" for visit action evaluation, here also Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. This is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These special cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are not used for personal identification.
If you are redirected from one of these ads to one of our pages and the cookie in your browser has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected from it to our page.
The information that is collected with the help of the Google Adwords conversion cookies is used for the purpose of creating statistics.
You can disable personalized advertising for you in the Google advertising settings. You can find instructions on how to do this at: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en
14. Personalized Advertising
Our website uses the remarketing function within the online advertising program Google Adwords from Google Inc. ("Google") with cross-device functions such as Google DoubleClick. This allows us to present users of our website with advertisements based on your interests on other websites in the Google display network, such as "Google Ads" on Google or on third-party websites. For this purpose, your interaction on our website is analyzed, e.g. which products were clicked on, in order to be able to show you targeted advertising on other sites even after you have visited our website. For this purpose, Google sets cookies that are used to record your visits. These cookies are only used to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular computer and not to identify a person. Personal data is not stored.
This data may also be transmitted to the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission is available for data transfers to the USA.
You can deactivate cross-device remarketing by Google by downloading and installing the plugin provided by Google: www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin or by deactivating it under the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
15. Use of Social Media Plugins
We use plugins of various social networks on our website. When you call up our website, the plugins cause the transmission of data such as your IP address to the servers of the providers and, if applicable, which pages of our appearance have been or will be called up. Since we have no influence on the type of collection, storage and further processing of data by these plugins, we hereby refer you to the privacy statements of the respective providers.
- Google https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
- Instagram https://help.instagram.com/
- Twitter https://twitter.com/en/privacy
- Facebook https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
In order to prevent plugin providers from collecting the above-mentioned data through your visit to our website and linking it directly to your provider account, log out from the providers before visiting our site.
15.1. Embedded YouTube Videos
We embed YouTube videos on our website. The operator of the corresponding plugins for displaying these videos is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When you visit a website with a YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. This tells YouTube which website you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account (Google account), YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account (Google account) beforehand.
16. Use of Facebook Plugins and Components
This website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plug-in from Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and demand-oriented design of the Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.
17. Use of Data for Fraud Prevention Purposes
The information you provide in the context of an order may be used to check whether an atypical order transaction has occurred (e.g. simultaneous ordering of a large number of goods to the same address using different customer accounts). In principle, we have a legitimate interest in carrying out such a check. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
18. Data Processing for Advertising Purposes
18.1. Postal Advertising

We process the following information for postal advertising for our own marketing purposes as well as for marketing purposes of third parties: first name, last name, postal address, year of birth.

The aim is to send you advertising based solely on your actual or perceived needs/interests and not to bother you with advertising that is not relevant to you.
A transmission of the stored data to third parties does not take place. In addition, German eTrade GmbH pseudonymizes / anonymizes personal data collected about you for the purpose of using the pseudonymized / anonymized data for its own marketing purposes and for marketing purposes of third parties (advertisers).
The pseudonymized / anonymized data can also be used to advertise to you individually online, whereby the control of the advertising can be carried out by third-party service providers and/or agencies. The legal basis for the use of personal data for marketing purposes is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
18.2. Product Recommendations by E-Mail
As an existing customer, you will regularly receive product recommendations from us by e-mail. You will receive these product recommendations from us regardless of whether you have subscribed to a newsletter. In doing so, we use the e-mail address you provided in the context of the purchase to advertise our own goods and / or services that are similar to those you have purchased from us based on an order you have already placed. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Notice Right of Objection
You can object to our product recommendations at any time free of charge with effect for the future by sending a message to store(at)flgntlt.com or at the end of each product recommendation e-mail.
19. Use of the Application "MailChimp" for Sending Newsletters
